After registration, you just make a reservation when you need a vehicle and when you arrive at the station you hold your card up to the vehicle and the recharging station, unplug and go!

Hamo - The registration.

Using Ha:mo is not an impulsive thing; because the registration process is not immediate and because the vehicle has a rear wheel steering leading to a compulsory 1h training before you can start using the service, you need to plan long ahead before your first usage. Nowadays with easy access to information and services on demand widely available, the public, and the younger generation in particular, expect instant access to such services. This can definitely be a deterrent for spontaneous adoption.

Hamo - the reservation:

To secure the availability of a vehicle before you start your journey, the vehicle is reserved from the internet browser or smartphone app. During the reservation process you will be shown the actual charge of available vehicles so that you can check it is compatible with your planned journey. You are asked to provide your final destination in order for the system to anticipate future availability of the vehicle for other users.
